42% Syrah / 38% Petite Sirah / 20% Mourvedre

Rising from the ashes with an elegance that mirrors the evolution of Cypher and our move to the historic Depot Tasting Lounge in downtown Paso. Phoenix has big fruit and spice with a lingering finish. She is simultaneously elegant and bold, and we are certain this Phoenix will be love at first taste.

2017 Fifth Element

40% Mourvedre / 30% Syrah / 20% Grenache / 8% Petite Sirah / 2% Tannat

A Mourvedre leading Rhone blend with big fruit, structure and spice. The nose has aromatics of blackberry, dark cherry, anise, leather, black pepper, followed by blueberry, tobacco and spice with a long cocoa vanilla finish. A perfect example of why we love cracking the code to exceptional wines with blends.

50% Grenache / 30% Syrah / 20% Mourvedre

Silver Award Winner at the 2022 OC Fair Wine Competition.

A Grenache leading GSM which delivers an elegant, classic Rhone style with notes of cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and Provencal herbs. Theory 3 has beautiful structure and a finish that lingers on and on with big fruit and delicate tannins.
