Elemental Cabernet Sauvignon
Hailing from an old vine Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard in the West hills of Paso Robles’ Adelaida District, this exceptional expression of terroir exhibits notes of black cherry, plum, cedar, sage, and a pinch of green peppercorn. A splash of Petit Verdot contributes layers of blackberry, violet and elegant structure and tannin. Simultaneously elegant and bold, this is the wine you bring home to meet the parents!
