C&T Vinegar Balsamic
Our C&T Balsamic Vinegar is cask aged from Modena, Italy. Try drizzled on Caprese salad, grilled prosciutto-wrapped figs, peaches, and pork. Mix with one of our olive oils and herbs for a salad dressing. Density 1.25 g/ml.
C&T Vinegar Raspberry Balsamic
Our C&T Raspberry Infused Balsamic Vinegar is perfect for salad dressing, drizzled on fruit, pancakes, and yogurt. Grilled or roasted chicken, sweet potatoes, and as a glaze for turkey meatballs. Great with our chipotle and lime sea salts. Density 1.32 g/ml.
C&T Vinegar Blackberry Balsamic
Use C&T Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar as is or blended with our olive oils for a dressing or marinade. Drizzle on fruits, pastries, waffles, ice cream, and roasted veggies. Great with our ginger and rosemary sea salts. Density 1.32 g/ml.
