Slayer was a crazy fun wine to develop and has been a huge crowd pleaser at the tasting room. Like Fifth Element, it’s a creative blend of five varietals fused purposely to reveal layer upon layer of sensory delight as you taste the wine through its beginning, middle and end…. lingering into a gorgeous finish. The Zin, Tannat and Petite Sirah were selected and balanced to enhance the jam of this wine – which I describe as Cabby in the front and jammy in the back.
